We are Montana!

We love our Grizzlies...

KC and Shannone Hart have long been interested in restoring homes and making their community a better place in various ways.  They both were raised in the area and have raised their 2 sons in Missoula (home of The University of Montana Grizzlies) as well.

KC is the broker/owner of Keller Williams Western Montana Real Estate and has been an agent in Missoula for over 25 years.  A 4th generation Montanan on BOTH sides of his family, KC was raised in Missoula and graduated from the University of Montana.  His Mother’s grandfather immigrated from Sweden to work in the Anaconda mines and she also graduated from UM.  On his dad’s side, his great grandfather, grandfather and father all owned Hart Oil Distributorship in Missoula before it was sold in the early 90’s.

When KC began in real estate as a young man, he was hired by Jack Weidenfeller of Fidelity Real Estate.  Jack owned Fidelity Real Estate for over 50 years before he sold it to KC.  In 2016 KC merged Fidelity with Keller Williams Western Montana Real Estate.

Shannone was raised in the Frenchtown valley.  She spent 25 years working in the Financial Services industry before retiring in 2021 and joining KC in real estate.  She has a long history of volunteering in the Missoula community and has a huge passion for the work that Youth Homes does.  When Shannone was a very young girl, her parents were hired to be Youth Homes parents.  They lived in a home and her parents took care of as many as 12 teenagers a day.  She saw firsthand how much good YH did for children so when she became an adult, she knew she would dedicate as much time as possible to that organization.  In addition, Shannone and KC have been lucky enough to have many extra children live with them over the years.  Many foreign exchange students, at risk youth, and more.

Shannone and KC have 2 grown sons of their own.  Jackson is 24 and a pilot, Tanner is 20 and is currently attending college.
